This image of an Atlantic puffin was captured on Grimsey Island off the north coast of Iceland during a breezy spring day. I had ventured to the north tip to reach the Arctic Circle when I spotted these puffins along the cliffs. Midday sun provided the perfect light to illuminate the bright colors and big personality characteristic to the puffin.
